THE CIRCLE WAY INTENSIVE
with Ann Linnea & Christina Baldwin
March 8-10, 2012
Sponsored by Success Works
Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia
What if it was possible for you to learn a process to create conversations and deal with conflict in your organisation? Success Works of Melbourne, Australia is hosting Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea for a 2.5 day training in circle process - The Circle Way Intensive.
Why attend? Circle is an archetype, a social process innately familiar to all cultures and generations. Circle gathers collective intelligence and creates opportunities for communication and healing conflict in groups. When hosted well, Circle allows people to achieve deeper emotional, as well as intellectual, engagement. People talk and work together from a deep place of shared purpose.
This workshop provides fundamental elements and critical skills to ensure any participatory engagement and strength-based process you use achieves its fullest potential. The Circle Way Intensive immerses participants in experience, training, curriculum and application.
Participants will learn:
- Individual Skills and Practices with a focus on organisational settings
- Developing agenda-based meetings using Circle process
- Explore what disrupts and what sustains a healthy Circle environment
- Powerful storytelling tools
The Circle Way - A Leader in Every Chair, co-authored by Christina and Ann, is the foundational text for this training. A copy of the book will be sent to you to read prior to attending this workshop.
