All products purchased from PeerSpirit, Inc. – including books, booklets, tapes and CDs - are non-refundable.
Workshops/Practica/Adventure Trips
All PeerSpirit workshops and trips require a deposit at the time of registration. If you cancel with more than 30 days notice, PeerSpirit will keep $100 of your deposit for processing and refund the remainder. If shorter notice is given, the whole deposit will be kept.
After full payment is made, the amount of money refunded depends on our ability to find another participant to take your place. If a replacement is found – the deposit only will be kept; if no replacement is found, all funds will be kept. This policy is negotiable in cases of extreme personal emergency.
Refund Method
To those who pay via credit card, refunds will be made by crediting back the appropriate amount to the applicable credit card.
To those paying by check or with cash, PeerSpirit will issue a check to cover the amount refunded.
